Let me start by saying the Garden Lights/Holiday Nights display at the ABG is not a traditional Christmas light show, nor is it not advertised as such. So, if want to see a living nativity, singing Christmas tree, choirs performing Handel's Messiah, or Santa and...More

I make a point of visiting botanical gardens when I'm visiting a city for any extended amount of time. One of the best I've been to is actually in St. Louis and it's become the standard for smaller city gardens. So I was a bit...More

As a yearly member of the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, I can attest to the fact that there is never a day that the gardens are not immaculately cared for ... even in transitional periods. The OrThe Garden Lights are such a great experience that we...More

We spent about 2 hours in the evening. The Gardens are decorated to the hilt!!! We absolutely loved it. Even though the weather was chilly, with all the trees and foliage, we stayed comfortably warm. A MUST if you visit Atlanta at Christmas time.

If there is one place to see Xmas lights it’s at the botanical gardens. First getting there is relatively easy and there is plenty of parking available without much walking to get to the entrance. The light show is spectacular and beautiful and mesmerizing. I...More

My wife and I have been to the ABG for Nights of Lights for each of the past three years. It's been really good, but this year it is even better. We loved the casual walk-thru style and enjoyed the 3D glasses and all the...More

We were there with my family and back a few days later in a school field trip. Both experiences were fantastic. They provided all the information and answer all our questions. Highly recommended!!

This is by far the best exhibit the garden stages all year. The impressive light show choreographed to music is unbelievably beautiful. There are fun things for adults and kids to see. The roast your own snores fire pits are a fan favorite! Well worth...More

Yes, they are complimentary and first come, first served. I remember the area being really flat for the most part, but there is a lower garden path that has a bit of a hill back up.

I was there in April and Orchids were the star of the show. Not sure how often their special exhibits change.
