One of the Better Botanical Gardens

Could be seen as pricey for what it is, but taking into account there was an exhibition on of Daniel Chilhuly's work, then it breaks down to be not bad value in the end.

The expanded garden dazzled us compared to our visit to the smaller venue a few years back. The Chihuly exhibition was spectacular, especially since we had seen several pieces in Miami in 2015. Nice gift shop, and the onsite restaurant was a nice place to have a drink after a long afternoon visit, waiting for the traffic to subside.

Living in the area, I've visited Atlanta Botanical Garden on many occasions. On the most recent visit, I got to see Chihuly. The gardens with the Chihuly art took my breath away. This was the second time seeing this artist's work in the garden and both were different. If you're visiting Atlanta or even a local, you can't go wrong... More

I've been to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens a couple times but only in the evening. This particular time I was a bit disappointed in the Chihuly Exhibit as the previous time seeing it was much better. The parking was a nightmare as we had to park several blocks away from the Botanical Gardens. The regular parking area was full. The... More

We go to the Botanical Gardens several times a year with out-of-town visitors and again with our grandchildren. Also we attend when they gave special exhibitions. A must for visitors in ATLANTA. One of the nicest botanical gardens in America.

One of Atlanta's best kept secrets is the Botanical Gardens. This is a beautiful and tranquil oasis in the city of Atlanta. Along with their regular exhibits, the garden hosts several unique exhibits a year, like Chully In The Gardens. They also encourage children and community involvement with activities like Scarecrow in the park, and Holiday Lights. My favourite place... More

Even in December the gardens are a treat to visit. The model trains are well done. My 2 year old grandson loved them. The slide in the children's section looked scary but he loved it. Can't wait to go back.

We went during the "Chihuly in the Garden" event and it was beautiful! It was my first time visit the Atlanta Botanical gardens and I enjoyed the wonderful scenery. It does require lots of walking, but you are at your own pace. Summer time would be a great time to take the kids. They have a special kids section with... More

We went to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens to see their holiday lights and LOVED it! We went around 7:45 on a Thursday night and even though it was during the "peak hours" (between 5:00-9:00pm), it was relatively easy to navigate the pathways and see all that we wanted to see. There is a fair amount of walking but there are... More

The gardens are beautiful very relaxing day or night out. Food is good but quite pricey! The exhibits are always exceptional and we loved the orchid displays. Very easy to get around and wheelchair friendly.
