Nice to see what goes on behind the news. My tour was lead by Demario and he was great. Very knowledgeable about CNN and it's history and willing to answer questions. I recommend going in the morning. Do be prepared to walk down 8 flight...More

Fascinating really behind the scenes look at a n incredible complicated process. Doesn't mater if you watch CNN or not, lifting the hood and seeing how it works is worth the up charge for the VIP tour. The guide knew everyone we ran across as...More

I visited the home of CNN in Atlanta and took the behind the scenes tour which lasts approximately 1 hour. Upon entering the atrium of the CNN building, it is a tad overwhelming the sheer size of the building. The atrium has over a dozen...More

Like another reviewer said - a lot of time in hallways looking through windows, but still a cool experience to see the inner workings. Would have given it 5 stars if we were able to see the real inside of a studio (and not from...More

My wife and I took the tour with our 10 year old daughter. We didn't have a reservation but we only had to wait 45 minutes for the next tour. There were several restaurants in the food court to kill time before then. The tour...More

This is one if the best...if not THE best...tour I have ever taken. The guides are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The tour itself is entertaining, educational and well organized. You get to see and appreciate the folk on-screen and behind-the-scenes doing their jobs. We enjoyed...More

The tour was interesting and allowed us to get a good understanding of how a news room and control center work. Unlike the NBC tour in New York, we spent most of the tour in hallways and looking through windows but I guess that's understandable....More

I am a transplant from California and was concerned that Georgia wouldn't offer much to do. I was wrong!!! The CNN center was just plain fun. There was a booth where you could read the news and see yourself on t.v. ( although it was...More

Is the VIP tour worth the extra money? And roughly how long does this tour last? I am in town for a conference and was hoping to do this during our 90 minute break. Thanks in advance!

Yes. It was pretty cool and the tour is a hour long.
Did you take the VIP tour or the Morning Express tour? We're thinking of taking the VIP as my husband is a news junkie, but wonder what the difference is and if the VIP tour is worth it.... Thanks for the help!

Its only a few blocks if you drive. Me personally I wouldn't walk and that's because I have a 1yr old and a 10yr old. Driving to the attractions was the best for my family.
