This organisation has given me a purpose in life when I thought I had no reason to go on. I recently lost my mother to a very painful and aggressive metastatic cancer, and I have been in a very dark place ever since, often finding myself questioning why I’m still here.
I attended their open house (18 to 20 August 2017) today, and I now have a new passion for life. I never thought there would be a sport that I enjoy down to the core of my soul. It turns out I am pretty good at throwing axes, too, which I have never done in my life before today. I am hoping to attend again tomorrow, and I now want to get even better, and possibly join a league.
Thank you so much, Bad Axe Throwing. You have no idea what today meant to me.

We arrived for team building and I was not sure that I would participate. Not only was Christian very entertaining but he took time with everyone to make sure that we were safe. He also took time with everyone to make sure they were properly throwing. I arrived a nervous novice and left an expert...kinda! Thanks, Christian!

Went with some of our cousins & had a blast! The facility was great and the coach was great! You could play by your own rules or the coach had various games you could play. Our coach was a awesome and played with us, so we had an even number of throwers for games.
If you've thrown before, go again! If you've never tried, give it a shot! It's a great!

This is located in a bad part of town, and the parking is very sketchy. It was a little hard to identify from the outside, but once inside the staff was well-trained and helpful and fun. There's not much decor to speak of, and no food (except maybe a vending machine?) but the lanes were well-constructed and felt safe. Its really small so I think there is a low limit to the number of people you can bring. We've been to other hatchet-throwing places that were bigger and more professionally done inside, but this was still a fun experience.

We had a Corp event. The Axe throwing was fun but a few things didn’t go well: both bathrooms were out of order. There were about 40 of us and a large cooler of beer. Crew asked for tips. Would have been better to have organized that up front with the Corp organizer. Lastly the workers seemed to get frustrated when Axes were not thrown per their instruction. Which was hard to master at first. Other group there was older 20 somethings. Mid day. I would not bring kids.

We celebrated the holidays by throwing axes. It was a great break and fun time together. Would highly suggest getting a coach lined up if this is your first time. Ours was awesome.

I scheduled a happy hour event with Bad Axe, and we had an amazing time! I highly recommend this over the cliche Top Golf or bowling, etc... No disrespect, those are fun too... but this is just better!Our coach, Christian, was informative and fun! He taught us several ways to axe throw and organized a competitive game for us. We brought our own beer, wine and food. LOVE IT. It’s much easier to throw an axe than you might think. I was pleasantly surprised.

Went to this place for a company team building event and it was lots of unexpected fun! The instructor was with us through the entire event and played along through all the challenges. It was a great experience overall. The challenges were fun! Its BYOFood and BYODrinks but I appreciate the icy pops on hand and the speakers for us to play our own music.I'll be back with friends! Great times!
