Nice playgrounds and walking areas! Great place to catch up with family. Very friendly place and nice views. Feed the ducks and walk around the large pond.

Piedmont park is a beautiful, spacious park on the east side of downtown. When we were walking through we were so envious of the locals - we wished we had a book to bask in the sun with. Highly recommend if you want to get away and enjoy a beautiful day.

We visited Piedmont park after a lot of expectations. Initially we really liked it, especially near the lake - feeding them bread and just walking around in the sports area. The place has great landscaping and is nice for families - but after a while, it got very boring.

Kids love the place. You can skate, play soccer, there is a playground. You can picnic and just have a lot of outdoor fun. No admission charge either. Kite flying anyone?

If you are out of town def check it out. We are used to really nice parks up north that put Piedmont to shame so I cannot really compliment this park. Needs some good landscape architect to get in there and freshen it up with some new vegetation. Parking is tough as well. Go during day bc at night can... More

This is a must go in Atlanta! You can see the skyline perfectly from this park and it is similar to watching NYC skyline from the Central Park! Do not miss it !!

Love it! Great place to walk. So many events that place here. Paul McCartney played a benefit concert to raise money to expand the park. Can't get any better than that.

My family enjoys heading to Piedmont Park for just about everything! We last visited just to play frisbee on the big open meadow in front of Park Tavern on the east side of the park. That was after biking the ATL Beltline and seeing the pop-up art displays lining the path. Piedmont Park is great throughout the year for various... More
