I love Atlanta's public spaces and this park is definitely one of the best. It's connected to the beltline and perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities, including bike riding, rollerblading, walking, jogging and/or chill picnics. There are a lot of activities during the summer...More

We walked through here to get to aquarium. It has a few fountains, lots of grass, a few tables. It's good for a nice rest or picnic.

By day a great park. Walking and seeing the city skyline. Originally for the Cotton Expo of the 1800's and has some nice architecturally features left. Also shares the space with the botanical gardens.

Lots of walking trails, a few areas for sports, pretty clean. Parking can be difficult when going at busy times.

No you would need to drive from what I remember. Beautiful place. The aquarium is awesome. Also for the aquarium park in the left across the street for like $5.
