Nestled near downtown, this park was a wonderful find after getting off the busy highways and byways of Atlanta Georgia. When we were there, they were hosting the Dogwood Festival, where we found art of every kind - music, paintings, jewelry, acrylics, woodwork, ceramics and...More

In a concrete jungle it is a welcomed oasis. Make sure you check their calendar so you will not be surprised by the events. But a great place to enjoy the city.

It's nice to see a beautiful park being put use - the park was active with joggers, dog walkers, and if you ever find yourself here on a nice fall day, it's nice for a walk to reflect.

Bring your animals or just come for a walk or run. It has a great view of the Atlanta skyline and is well maintained. Has a great restaurant at the end of the park.
