Beautiful, massive Park in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. It really reminds me of Central Park. Gorgeous wooded areas, lawns and ponds. Great place to walk, stroll, picnic, etc. The views/vistas are amazing. I live that you can see so much nature right in the...More

I have come to love this park. They offer festivals multiple times each year. I recently attended Pride and the layout was very good given the vast number of vendors. There are areas to setup tents and chairs to hear the music.

Nice park to walk around. It has the Atlanta Botanical Gardens which is a must see. There is a number of PokeStops and gyms for Go players.

Piedmont Park is a beautiful park in Midtown Atlanta. I like to describe it as the 'Central Park of Atlanta'. Plenty of space to walk, ride bikes, have a picnic. The community garden and dog park within the park are lovely. I love it so...More

We enjoyed a walk through the park on a perfect Saturday morning. Gorgeous park, lots of activity and even a Farmer's Market.

Great place to wander, stroll and enjoy - like a great green lung in the centre of Atlanta - see great views of the city as well.

Saturday in the park. It wasn't the Fourth of July. No Italian man selling Ice Cream. October weather in the ATL screams for a walk in the park with the dogs. All kinds of folk & doggies. What fun. Dr C

Very clean and beautiful park, maybe better than Central Park in NYC. While in the park we went to the public pool, and they had it open for dogs to swim in, I wish they had that in NY

This was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city with plenty of green space to enjoy. When we went there was hardly anyone on the large expanses of grass. I was surprised the pool was closed already though considering the temperature...More

The Belt line is your best bet. You are able to rent bikes from Ponce City Market and also enjoy great food, fun, and shopping.
