What a neat place! Beautiful mansion and landscaping. The house was decorated for that era, with an info pamphlet to tell you about each room. They had the Capitol tour which was a bit more, and would tell you about which parts of the house were used in Hunger Games. I didn't realize this until after our tour. But all... More

The Swan House admission is included as part of the Atlanta Historical Museum tour. We spent about 90 minutes viewing the 4 floors of this structure and the outdoor grounds. There are several docents dressed in period clothing who can answer questions. There is also a collection of period china housed in the basement (donated by the architect who designed... More

I love tours of old residences and whenever I travel I pick these types of things. This was more detailed and less seemed roped off than other old mansions or residences I've toured. Unfortunately I got there about 20 minutes before closing so I didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted to, but it was still great.

I've wanted to see Swan House since I saw it was used in the Hunger Games. We didn't have long as we were coming into town for something else but we purchased the Capitol Tour option. The ticket includes tickets to a whole little historical area with lots of little houses. We mostly only had time to see the house... More

The house is gorgeous, there is not much of touring through - you are basically by yourself to see it. The staff was available for questions but nobody was giving tours.

Myself and my daughter visited this home as a part of a tour we were doing with Atlanta Movie Tours. The guide explained the history of this home and details of how the house was used for the movie, The Hunger Games, which made it so interesting and exciting! A definite must if you're in Atlanta.

This was a beautiful estate where the Mocking Jay was filmed (this was President Snow's house). This attraction is also free which was super awesome! Make sure to also stop by the museum that's next to the house!

The home is beautiful and the host (who portrayed the original owner) was very good. He really made the tour great. The home cost $400,000 in the 1920-30, when the average home cost $1,000. So, it really is a fabulous home. Well taken care of.

My Sister and I went for lunch and enjoyed a delicious meal in true southern fashion like tea time. The fruit salad is noteworthy! Everyone should experience this lovely place. The gift shop is fantastic with treasures in all price ranges for you and your home!
