This house is part of the Atlanta History home tour. The house is beautiful as well as the furnishings. The guides dress in period clothing. My children and I enjoyed seeing the guides dressed. We were able to ask questions and learn many things about the period. We have been several times and have enjoyed ourselves each time.

My favorite part of the tour was the actors who impersonated the owner of the house and the architect who built the house.

This is great for photographs! Mostly known for it's appearance in the Hunger Games, the Swan House provides a great space to explore and discover the history of Atlanta.

Been to the Swan House tons of times but they have all been memorable. I recall my first time going, I was greeted at the door and given information and a walk thru based on the history of the house and what each room was used for. The ambience of each room just feels perfect. From the study room to... More

This is a charming place with a great gift shop and amazing food. Try their signature chicken salad served with a frozen fruit salad that is unforgettable.

I love visiting old houses and love seeing old wallpapers (ok, weird!) But this house did not disappoint. Swan House is pretty magnificent for an old house--it had LOTS of bathrooms in it too! Swan House was also filmed as Snow's house (the Capitol) in Hunger Games. The people who worked there were all very nice and friendly and willing... More
