Of course I'm partial since a family member attends, but a beautiful campus in a very nice area of Atlanta. Worth visiting for a walking tour of the campus, and then eating in nearby Emory Point or Virginia Highlands or Decatur or Little Five Points, etc., etc. Make it a point to visit the Lullwater Preserve, and walk to the... Historic, great walkway, beautiful landscape, historic buildings. University in a green belt in the middle of a urban setting.

The College campus, the hospitals (Eggleston and Emory) are wonderful medical facilities and the staff and grounds are tops. They are near by hotels and restaurants.

I've been to countless campuses and Emory is one where you leave not feeling inspired about the place. First, its hard to figure out where the "front" is. Second, when you get to the main quad, it doesn't have the intellectual gravity or drama that you get from other college campuses. Sometimes, you wonder...what makes this school so great?

My wife and I traveled to Emory University hospital for some medical test. The staff and locations were beautiful and worth visiting for pleasure.

We were in Atlanta from Iowa with our 2 boys ages 15 and 12, we pre-scheduled a college visit for our high schooler. The talking portion of the visit is 1.25 hours and the walking tour guided by a student is about 1 1/2 hours. The Campus is beautiful, I loved that out of the 8 on campus student dorms,... More

Pro:Emory has a beautiful campus and is nestled in a very affluent part of Atlanta. The Food is great in the DUC. They have gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, etc. Con: However as a person who has facilitated a camp/conference on this campus, I would not recommend it to anyone. It is logistically a nightmare working with campus services/Few Desk, for keys/lockouts,... More

If I could go back in time, I might try to attend this university =) it's got a great reputation, the campus is AMAZING and I've always had a great experience whenever I go to the museum, library or elsewhere to spend time.

A Theological and medical college par excellance. It is a picturesque old Campus well worth an afternoon stroll. Parking is much easier on the weekend and there is a quirky little town like area with interesting eateries at the corner of the campus.
