Visited with my son and daughter while on vacation. My son is very into military history, so this was a must see stop. We started at the North Bridge, then went into the visitors center to see a movie about the role the bridge played in the war. Luckily for us it was an overcast day, or it might have... More

This national historical part can be reach if your not driving, through the "Liberty Ride" in Lexington. This is what I did with the family and you have a guide which tell you the significance of this place in American History, April 19, 1775. The main area to visit is the Old North Bridge and the Minuteman Historical Museum. There's... More

Went here on a sunny afternoon in Dec. weather was perfect or xplore the area and the many trails and paths offered by the national park. The main visitor center was closed but we went to the John B house and north ridge visitor center. Don't miss the 8 minute video. The volunteer and park officers were helpful. There are... More

Definitely a must for visitors who have any interest in American history. Try to go when there is a reenactment. The museums are interesting and educational.

Before we came to see the park I didn't realize how big it was or that you basically drive the whole thing which was really convenient because we got to see a lot and there was ample parking in the various pull off points so we could easily get out and see more. Definitely stop at the Visitor Center to... More

Unless you can go when there is a reenactment, I think it is best seen with the Fall Colors to add to the natural beauty of the area. The statue and plaque are excellent markers.

This is a beautiful park. It is at it's best in the fall, with the beautiful leaf colors. Reflection from the ponds is unbelievable.
