This year my family has seen three shows and last year we saw two. I love the great selection that they offer to include the speaker series which is phenomenal. The facility is stunning and the staff is always great. Definitely a place to catch local culture and arts. If you haven't given it a shot yet, don't miss an... More

It was a free show for Veterans Day. We sat in the balcony and enjoyed the music of the Air Force concert band. They were wonderful!

I am fortunate to be at a place in life where I can pay a little more - or am willing to become a member of an organization (especially in the arts) - in order to get first grab or better seats for a few dollars more. I've never been more disappointed in seats in the first few rows of... More

We come over to Frederick several times a year to visit the Weinberg. Seats are comfortable and the sound system doesn't disappoint.

We saw David Sadaris at the Weinberg Center for the Arts on Saturday Night and had a wonderful time. The folks working there were very helpful, the seats were comfy and the prices were reasonable for live entertainment.

Over the years I've seen symphonies, standup comics, movies, speakers, plays, bands- it's always a good time, good acoustics, good seats.

I am not huge at 5'11" and 190lbs, but when you restore theatres, try and make the chairs a bit wider at the expense of selling less tickets. I don't like two hour shows where I can't move. Saw Dave Sedaris.

Ben and Mrs Too really enjoy music of most types, including many pieces taken from classical ballet, although neither of us had ever attended a live ballet performance. When it came to our attention that the Russian Grand Ballet would be dancing Swan Lake at the Weinberg, we jumped at the chance. We were cautiously optimistic about enjoying this, or... More

I grew up in Frederick MD, but never had occasion to go to the Weinberg. Recently I have been for a few shows and I have really enjoyed it. I plan to go to another show in a few months!

The Weinberg Center offers great entertainment at a very reasonable price and they even give military discounts. My husband and I enjoyed many concerts, some spur of the moment, at the Weinberg.
