The Church of the Virgin of the Assumption is the most important monument in Bocairent. The church was reconstructed in 1766 after an earthquake in 1748 destroyed the previous church and the architect of the church was Carlos Stagin. The interior of the church is quite beautiful, while the face is quite plain. The present church is Baroque and Neoclassic... More
