Beautiful place. Great walking around the lake. Remember please don't feed the wild fowl with bread it is very harmful. Better take some bird seed instead. Enjoy your visit.

Beautiful lake and walks. Plenty of space for kids and dogs to roam safely. Nature and outdoor activity lovers paradise. Plenty of parking with shade. Cafe well stocked with light and airy seating. Clean toilets.

I believe it can be arranged with clubs etc. but you are unable to take your own kayak and use the lake. As far as I am aware sailing, swimming and the use of radio controlled boats is very limited and by prior opointment... More

Yes it's on a bus route and there are no entry fees to the lakes

The lakes are always open, not sure about the cafe.
