My wife and I visited the national cemetery one Sunday in October. The maturing trees were breathtaking in their fall splendor, and the tombstones were very well maintained and surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds. It is most interesting to look for the dates of death...More

This is a very nice stop just outside of town. The roads are narrow and can be a little confusing with lots of sharp turns, so take it very slow. It's easy to end up going the wrong way on a one-way path! The cemetery...More

This is a beautiful cemetery dedicated to our American veterans. A note for concealed carry individuals, no firearms allowed in cemetery. Big sign on the gate.

I was curious by the story of the Thunderstorm Grave that I had to see it for myself. As I googled more about this cementery I knew I needed to see the rest of the more famous graves. Well worth it!
