We enjoyed the casual walk through history featuring a lot about farming. We took in a mini video about the salt mining in Goderich, we found this to be very interesting and we learned a few things about where salt comes from.

Went here with my young kids and they loved the scavenger hunt. It gave us something to look for in each room. There is so many artifacts here. There was also a few kids stations with coloring or blocks which they also enjoyed

This museum was great to take kids to as there are many interactive displays where they can turn wheels and see how farm equipment from long ago worked. There are lots of displays on the history of settlers and settlement of Huron County.

This was very interactive and lots for the kids to play with and touch. I would highly recommend this for families with small kids if you are trying to find something to do on a rainy day.
