Beautiful nice walk easy course. Not strenuous. Great views of the set and shore. Windy when we were there but birds around. More of a walk then a hike. Would probably be your morning constitutional if you lived here.

Ocean on one side and resorts on the other. It gives us a chance to enjoy the beautiful views, access different beaches and check out the resorts. Take a short time out of your day to stretch your legs and take in the sites.

OK it is nice that this is here so you can get a bit of walking in if you are staying at one of the big hotels, but it's just a bit of path perched next to the hotels and condos. There's much better places...More

Was just in Wailea for 8 days and was on the trail every morning walking and watching the sunrise. Its the best and my best pictures always came from here. My bliss!

We went to the coastal trail on the advice of a friend who had been recently. She was spot on. The walk wasn't difficult and the views were absolutely amazing. Definitely worth it.

This trail is 1.5 miles in length so you can get a good 3 mile walk in each day. Best time is early morning as it starts to get crowded around 8 and the sun is the trail by then. I loved the smoothie stands...More

Walk this every morning for a terrific start to the day. About 4 mile round trip. Paved and easy. Ends at Kihei on one end. Go beyond Polo at the Fairmont on the other thru side streets to some private, secret beached

No, it's not made of boards. It's concrete. It's also flat in a world of hills and valleys. That makes it perfect for travelers with a wheelchair companion. The coastline is beautiful, the beaches are amazing, and the resorts behind are over the top. Go...More

Sorry for the delay in replying. The trail is at the edge of your property just above the beach. I believe it is open 24/7 other than if something unexpected occurs. However, as it is not lit, it is advisable to use it... More
