This was a very nice beach. My friends' wedding was held here. It was not crowded and picture perfect for a sunset wedding.

Ulua is a great beach. It in not overly crowded and the snorkeling is great. It is best in the morning until about 1:00.The winds pick up and the waves get bigger.
Came here twice, where we were staying at North Kihei was windy by 9am but this place was lovely and sheltered. The snorkelling was great, saw more than one turtle on both occasions. Great to sit in the shade on the beach.

Great balances of snorkeling, relaxing and swimming. Seems good for kids and playing in the surf. Snorkeling was really good on the north side of the beach

This is a lovely, sandy, crescent-shaped beach. I view it as a mini Wailea Beach -- not as wide as Wailea, but also without the cheek-by-jowl rows of hotel beach chairs and umbrellas. There are shade trees towards one end of the beach and a...More
great place for some snorkeling, plenty of area for sun, some area for shade. Restroom between beach and parking.
