This is a moving experience. Watch the short video about World War II and the role this same island played in the outcome of the Pacific Battle. Small but well done, very accommodating staff.

Many Americans died in the Pacific during WW2. This honors those who died on Saipan during the taking of Saipan. May one day peace prevail. One should visit here then the memorials the Japanese have on the Island

A large green grassland that you can walk along with family or your couple. You can get lots of historical info from the memorial museum. It's also a good place for a short rest.

I really enjoyed my time in the museum. It has a nice display about WW2 in Saipan which isn't overwhelming with information. Plus, they have a very good 20 minute video about Saipan and the war. I'd highly recommend this Museum.
