Huge green lawn with striking white grandiose building. Great place to wander around and relax, take outdoor yoga, or just take in the ambiance of the beautiful city.

Pretty, but it's nothing special. Just a government building. If you have time, go ahead and spend a few minutes here; otherwise, skip it.

On my visit there was no place to pay and so I wandered at leisure, but it is now a year since my visit and maybe things have changed. Suggest you phone direct to ask.
