Great place to stop for some beer. If you sit at the bar you will be amazed by the frozen strip to chill your beer. The bar staff is very good at what they do.

Former home of Brigham Young is an interesting look back in Mormon history. To my knowledge there is no charge to visit this house. The volunteers occasionally get into "recruiting" mode so be prepared but the young people who staff Mormon facilities are refreshing.

A step back in time to visit this well preserved gem in the middle of SLC. Brigham Young lived great and served great.

With my 16 yr old son, we toured the house. Nice short tour, gives a bit of history and one perspective of Brigham Young's life and his involvement in bringing followers to this area, and developing it for humans to survive in the dessert.

You will love the rich historical home and stories about it residents. The furnishings to the doorknobs are beautiful. This is in the middle of downtown SLC, has lovely gardens and is adjacent to many other local sights. Make a day of it.

We were in a very small group of only 4 people to tour the Bee Hive House. Our guides were young ladies from South Korea and Ghana. Accidents made it a little difficult to understand. There was a definite emphasis on promoting their religious beliefs...More
