Did a great tour here and impressed it was free, learnt a lot and the building is beautiful, especially the outside with all the lovely flowers.

Three of us went on tour and we were only ones. Bill was very nice and informative. It was about 30 minutes which was a good length.

Another good stop to get out of the summer heat. Interesting history, the house is well maintained and cared for. The flower garden in front of the house is gorgeous!

Got right into a tour. It lasted over the 30 minutes. I was interested as I am a member of the Mormon faith. I liked seeing the rooms and thought the history provided of Young and Joseph F Smith was interesting. It is small and kids probably wouldn't enjoy.

We loved our private tour which was informative and relaxed. Our family of 6 had a wonderful docent who not only was very knowledgeable on the subject matter but was very patient in answering many related and unrelated questions. The house is lovely with many original artifacts. Well worth the visit.

In the middle of a pandemic, the tour guide told an entire family that they didn’t need to wear masks. They led a group of twenty people through tight, windowless, airless spaces. The guide did not wear a mask. Elderly visitors looked clearly uncomfortable. You couldn’t exit the tour once in.

They need to limit the number of people per tour and enforce mask wearing. Utah’s hospitals are filled to overcapacity with unvaccinated covid patients.

We were visiting SLC and are not LDS, but toured this historical home. Friendly guide took the time to share state history and provide us with a historical tour of a beautiful home. I highly recommend this tour if you love house, history, or learning.

The Beehive house on Temple Square was one of the residences of the leader of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints (the Mormons) - another one was Lion's House, now a restaurant on Temple Square. Since he had multiple wives simultaneously, he needed quite some space to accommodate them and their many children. This house is called the Beehive house after the sculpture of the beehive on top which is clearly visible. Like most buildings on Temple Square, it is meticulously maintained and can be visited.

A neat tour of the pioneer home, which is surprisingly luxurious. This tour will be especially appreciated by those of the LDS faith, but for even for those of us who are not LDS, it is still an interesting and worthwhile place to visit.

The house is a tour of the house and office of Brigham Young and his family. The Beehive house has a lot of history of Brigham Young, his interests, his role and his family. The docent did an excellent job of providing insight into the lives of Brigham Young during his lifetime, as well as his family, after his death. Very interesting and eductational. The house is in very good shape for its age has a strong history.
