I have seen this opera twice before and always enjoy the degree of energy and humor in its staging. The music has always been very energetic and fulfilling. The Utah Opera's version of the Marriage of Figaro did not once disappoint in all those things...More

Utah Opera produces four operas each season, usually in October, January, March and May in a beautiful, recently refurbished opera house. We've been subscribers for many years and performances get better every season. The production of Cosi Fan Tutte, set in the 1920's, which we...More

This was my Mother-in-law's first opera and she couldn't stop raving about how much she enjoyed it. We both laughed, listened to the music, and had a wonderful evening. Thank you.

Cossi Fan Tutte was sensationally good--this from a long-time Mozart fan and regular opera-goer both in Utah and elsewhere. When modern-dress was the announced staging this time, we thought, "Oh, not again--another cover-up for poor casting, poor realization." We were wrong. The production was 100%...More
