We met a couple at a rest area and when we told them we were headed to Jedidiah Smith State Park they said we HAD to stop at Taylor's because they have the BEST jerkey. We are so glad we listened to their advice! They gave us a sample of 2 kinds of "trail busters," basically thick jerkey, and we... More

While passing through Cave Junction, my wife and I stopped in at Taylor's quite by accident. It was the Sportsman Pub across the street that caught my eye. My wife noticed some outdoor seating at Taylor's and suggested that we go there for a bite and a brew. This is a very unique Country Store with the the coolest food,... More

Jerky great. Very busy. Great service. Jerky is great. Stop for their jerky every time we come through Cave Junction.

Was visiting an old friend who recommended lunch there. Had the fish and chips with no regrets. While waiting for the order I browsed the sausage case and bought beef sticks, pepper sticks and some spiced beef--big selection. Staff was friendly and accommodating. This was a Sunday so there were a lot of customers but the wait wasn't long. I... More

Taylor's is a local gem of a restaurant. They have great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, live music on the weekends and daily specials. The only bad thing I can say, is they are always busy, because they are so good! They a have meat case, frozen meats, beer, wine and snacks. Stop by, you won't be sorry.

Stopped in on my way back from a business trip. A friend told me it was a must stop. I had a way too easy time filling my cooler with $80 worth of sausage! I loved the atmosphere of the shop, and customers seem to be in a sausage fever! Yumm!

The Friday entertainment we saw was pretty lame. The steak was ok but over seasoned. Seating is hard to come by on a Friday.

There is a reason they are so popular. Their food is great and the prices are very reasonable. Try their Chuckburger!

We drove past this place 3 times- not knowing what it was. A local tipped us off and - that was the beginning of a spending spree on really tasty, locally produced jerky and jaeger. It serves lunch and early dinner- sandwiches filled with local meats. Great value, great food!

What an incredibly interesting, well stocked and beautifully manage country store. If you drive 200 miles in any direction, you won't find anything like this. Another thing--if you shoot a deer or an elk, Taylor's will dress and package it for you. That is a rare service. If you are passing through Cave Junction, do yourself a favor and visit... More
