Big Springs (Missourians always say it with an 's' even though we know there is only one spring) has not changed in 40 years. It is a beautiful creation and worth the visit.

One of the jewels of the Missouri State Park system. The area is full of these beautiful clear water springs but Big Springs is one that is the easiest to get to and appreciate.

Take a lovely stroll around the spring. It is very scenic. The water is crystal clear. Take a camera and a picnic basket.
