Trip to Sante Fe

My son and I rode the train to Sante Fe from Albuquerque. It was a nice ride for only 10.00. We enjoyed seeing the countryside. It was so fun.

Even if you don't have to get from Santa Fe to Albuquerque or vice versa, this is a great, inexpensive train ride. The facilities are comfortable and the train goes through beautiful high desert. We took the train to Albuquerque, then used our train ticket to catch the Rapid Ride bus to Old Town. We spent a lovely day there,... More

When purchasing tickets online for 4 one day adult passes, I was charged double the amount. After calling for a refund, they told me I waited to late to call and would not refund the money. It was only $36 dollars, and they have lost my business, referrals, and consequently, now are receiving bad reviews. Lots of stops, which I... More

Was cheaper when it started a while back but we still go on trips even if we don't get off. SO FUN!!!! Take a lunch. Enjoy the scenery.

Taking the NMRR on a round trip from Albuquerque to a day visit in Santa Fe was a planned event for our Vietnam veterans association. There were over fifty of us on this comfortable rail coach. It was fun to be able to converse with each other and catch the amazing views of the spectacular New Mexico countryside. It was... More

It was novel to take the train for a day trip to Santa Fe. It left Albuquerque exactly on time and arrived promptly in Santa Fe.

I rode the Rail Runner, round-trip between Santa Fe and Albuquerque in late October. The experience was mixed. The pros: wonderful views of the varied New Mexico landscape, flora and fauna. Views of native pueblo communities ( no photography along these areas). Modern rail cars with second level viewing cars. Uncrowded. Polite conductors. Easy to purchase inexpensive tickets on -line.... More

Easy to use, great fares, even have senior rates, clean. Was about an hour to Santa Fe. Enjoyed the scenery. There is also security on trains.

The train is comfortable and a very easy way to get to the state capitol. It passes spectacular views, in the fall with coloring trees, that was very nice.
