We took the Rail Runner from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, round trip. We were able to get picked up at station closest to our motel and pay for the round trip ticket on the train. Lovely, smooth 1 hour ride to Santa Fe. Very economical.

We really enjoy using the rail runner from Santa Fe to ABQ and are sad to see that ridership is low and in danger of losing the train.

Not as scenic as I would have imagined and only really gets you from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. You need a car in either city so not sure who is the target for the Rail Runner. That said, it was clean and on time!

Wonderful little light rail. Only thing I would wish for would be more operating hours. Also can see portions of various Indian Pueblos that are not visible from the highways.

Comfortable and easy way to commute between ABQ and SF. Enjoyed the views as it stopped along smaller towns in between. They don't run too frequent on weekends (Sat and Sun have different schedules) so make sure you check ahead. You can get tickets online...More
