This Quilt Shop has a huge inventory of beautiful fabrics offers excellent advice and help as well as many classes each month. It's worth a visit. I've patronized this business for almost 20 years.

This is a great local quilt store. It has a wide selection of interesting fabrics. But I go there because the staff (and other customers) are really helpful at composing colors. They have lots of interesting New Mexico fabrics. They give sound advice.

There's no disputing the incredible selection of fabric at this store but I'm a regular customer and I take serious issue with reports of poor service. A little over a year ago I got my first sewing machine and dived head-first into building my stash. Since then I've spent a lot of time going to all the chain and locally... More

I took a toothbrush rug class, back in September, that did not go very well. I wrote a negative review because of the negative experience; however, the owner Shirley called and asked me how to remedy the issue. Three weeks later, Shirley's husband, Dana, made an appointment with me, I went into the shop, and he gave me a private... More

This quilt shop begins with a fantastic number of fabrics, but then there are the projects the staff puts together, the notions, the patterns, and the wonderful help you get - if you need t - in picking fabrics that work together!! I knew what I wanted and had called ahead to place an order - still had fun visiting!!... More

As a newbie quilter, I have only started shopping at Quilt Works in the past several months. To date, the staff have been very helpful to me and helped me with my questions and issues. They seem to be all experienced quilters. And the fabric selection is wonderful!

I think if you have bad customer service makes it bad for your business Get your staff in a customer service class it might help them appreciate customer s better Customers are always right

Although their selection of prints is nice, the customer service is lacking. I was in there one afternoon when it was slow. I overheard the older women who work there talking about a customer who said they were not helpful & were rude. At the time I thought, maybe it was just an unhappy customer. I've been venturing to this... More

If you know going in that the employees are unfriendly and non-responsive, it may make the store's atmosphere less shocking. I usually buy online just to avoid going in because of their attitudes... It could be such a lovely experience in their store. A smile and greeting is a first step they should try... but that would require a clerk... More
