This winery has a great atmosphere with their outdoor patio areas and views. Great for afternoon, evening of sipping wine and having fun with friends. Wines are good, not super. I have been here twice while visiting and had great customer service at the wine tasting area the first time and terrible the second time. This time, it was not... More

A fun afternoon! A group of 8 of us from Colorado spent a couple of hours tasting, laughing, and strolling around the winery on Saturday. The innkeepers at the Chocolate Turtle B&B where we were all staying, suggested we visit this winery. Very glad they did. The wines were very good, and their service was excellent making for a fun... My sister got married here this past weekend and it was a lovely venue for a wedding of any size. Ours was very tiny, but I am sure they could accommodate 100s of people. I liked that there were several options of where the ceremony could be held; we just walked around until we found the right spot. Lauren was... More

I spent a very nice afternoon at Casa Rondena sitting by the pond among pink flowering trees. We were visiting relatives in Albuquerque and I just needed to get out and do some exploring. I have visited wineries in the Texas Hill Country and California and Casa Rondena is one of the most beautiful that I have seen. Melanie, the... More

If you live in Albuquerque or here for a visit, Casa Rodena should be first on your list. Hidden in the cottonwoods in the North Valley, the property has an inviting entry, small tasting room and large members only club house. The staff is friendly, informative and sometimes quiet funny! The red wines are my favorite, robust and tasty. I... More

I was so excited to visit my visit winery in Albuquerque! The grounds were beautiful and I just knew that I was in for a treat. I took the tasting at $7.00/a person (a little steep for the amount given!) and despite my open attitute, all I could smell was a cardboard/boxy smell to the wine. The lady behind the... More

From the beautiful grounds to the tasting rooms and club house, this is a destination to relax and enjoy excellent local wines and exceptional hospitality. Casa Rodena has easy access to the city but feels like a getaway from it all. If your schedule allows, be sure to RSVP for one of the on-site pilates or yoga classes - there... More
