I can't say enough about this! The views are amazing! The history of the tram itself is very cool (look it up). At the top, you can buy peanuts (and coffee, t-shirts, stuffed animals, gifts, etc) to feed to the massive amount to happy little...More

If you're a hiker and/or going up trails in the park, this doesn't offer much. The ride is about 5 mins (or less) and just gets you to the top of a local (small) mountain.

Took the tram up to the top of the mountain! Pretty brave for some City Slickers. Beautiful views, reasonable price!

Going up wasn't bad but the line was very long coming back. View was nice but probably wouldn't have spent the money knowing about the wait to get back.

The tram ride is just minutes long with a cafe and gift shop at the top. There is additional hiking areas at the top. We spent about an hour at the top taking pics and walking around.

It's beautiful up at the top! A must go for this area! A great place for families! They encourage you to feed the chipmunks with the peanuts they sell. It's a great time.

I didn't see any pets either. At the top, there are lots of chipmunks so I bet they don't allow animals because of that.
