Hiked all the way out to green's point. Mud was terrible but the view & waves were worth it. Rock sculpture is also fun to do.

This would have been a great place but the weather was "murky". We were totally socked in with fog. The lighthouse exhibit is well done and very interesting. On a nice day, the view would be fantastic.

Really enjoyed our stop at the lighthouse even though the fog was thick. Beautiful location! Store was closed for some reason but park was open.

West Quoddy Head Lighthouse is exactly what most folks conjure up when picturing the Maine lighthouse. She's absolutely gorgeous, striped splendor perched atop a rocky cliff overlooking the ocean. There's a charming gift shop and beautifully situated picnic tables, as well as walking trails leading...More

You will not be disappointed when you see this beautiful work of art. It is one of my favorite spots in Maine. I found some of the best images of this lighthouse by going to MyCampobello dot com and then clicking on the Galleries tab...More

Very nice, with interpretive info inside and nice staff. There are trails in the area. No charge but donations accepted so don't forget to put a few bucks in your pocket!

Very picturesque! Arrived after closing so could not go inside but took some great photos. We walked the trail along the coastline for a bit. Also very nice views.

We've seen pictures of this lighthouse in many pictures and it lives up to its rep. We visited on a cloudy day and it still looked solid and majestic. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

This historic lighthouse was only 5 minutes away from my motel in Lubec. After seeing pretty photos of it over the years, I wanted to drop by, enjoy the lovely surrounding scenery, take my own photos, and take a walk in the woods. Lots of...More

Not on a routine basis, but there is a special open lighthouse day when that is possible and easily searched online. Nearby on Campobello Island in Canada is East Quoddy Light. You can walk to it only during low tide... More
