One can spend several hours strolling around the interesting displays in this superb museum. Free validated parking at the lot a block away, and free admission for military veterans.

Great museum located on U of A campus. Displays of artifacts made by indigenous people of the area. Exists are by archeologists with cooperation of local Native Americans. Wonderful exhibits, great gift shop with pottery from huge range of Native tribes.

This museum has rotating exhibits as well as a historical account of inhabitants of the desert southwest.

On the University campus, they have done a superb job of sharing the results of decades of ongoing research. Each display shows a nation's origins, history, and present. Plenty of videos, interactive features, and kid-friendly activities. Self guided, takes about 2 hours.
