For adventure seekers - this round trip is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the entrance almost straight up. If your afraid of heights you can focus on the mountain instead of the slopes but this is a STUNNING ride for Desert lovers. We...More

Traveled to My Lemmon in early March. Windy and chilly on top of the mountain. Roads can get congested on weekends with little room to pass. It is well worth the scenic drive!

Not to be missed scenic drive. Flowering Saguaro Cactus at lower elevation. Some snow and ice spotted at the highest elevation. 90 degrees in Tuscon and 56 degrees at the top of Mt Lemmon.

Great views from the car. Very short walking distance if you choose to dine at the lodge. Great food.

I would say from about one hour after sunrise to about one hour before sunset local Tucson time. There is not a toll to travel the scenic route, just a lot of curves and beautiful vistas to look out over.

Windy Point about 1/2 way up. The are 4 campgrounds all with restrooms. Also lookouts near the top and Marshall Gulch. Probably 10 or more places.
