Great covered bridge over the Conneticult River in rural Vermont/ New Hampshire. And there's a put in spot north on the New Hampshire side, so you can kayak under it!

This extremely picturesque spot is worth stopping to admire. Fully functional bridge, which is surprising given its age. Have your camera with you and take a pic!

This was fun to drive through as you cross the Connecticut River at Windsor, Vermont. There are many interesting attractions in the area.

Well, didn't know this was a thing. Sort of fun, but falls into the won't change your life category so don't go out of your way. But if you are close, what the heck.

Its a usable bridge, so don't expect to just stop in the middle of it, but there are pull off spots to take some great pictures.

Not much to do other than drive through it, paddle under it, or view it from afar--but what an amazing structure it is!

The Cornish-Windsor is iconic. it has all you expect, as well as a century of history. I even know the descendants of the original builder. Traffic is not too heavy, but you will have to wait to get the pictures you want.

I visited the Cornish-Windsor Bridge on my last trip North - this is one impressive bridge! It is the longest wooden bridge in the country and it is still in use. This covered bridge crosses the Connecticut River; on one side of the river is...More

One of the longest covered bridges in the United States, this is a wooden wonder. The only drawback, there is no pedestrian walkway.
