As October's autumnal veil drapes Salem in a morphic mist, the month moves on toward Halloween, or Samhain Eve. And if you can find your way to Lynde Street, the Gallows Hill Theatre awaits you. For framed upon this stage, all within thirty minutes, is...More

I went twice. My girlfriend and I wanted to check it out to make sure it wasn't too scary for the kids. The first time we laughed a ton. The stories were interesting and funny and the guides (the first was a woman, the other...More

I am reviewing the Ghost and Legends Trolley. We did not visit the Gallows Hill Museum/Theatre. The trolley tour was so fun and very entertaining. Our guide was Black Widow Mary. She was quite the character! She had the whole group engaged in the stories...More

We did the show and the “haunted house”, the show was entertaining and very informative. The haunted house was guided, the props were pretty cool. The guide was definitely over acting and a little cheesy but it was entertaining. Btw no pics allowed during the...More

The show they put on was really cool, only done by two actors but they do such a good job, definantly not for the light hearted, there are some scares and darkness. The haunted basement tour was kind of lame, it may have just been...More

This tour was not worth the money - the stories were not based on anything tangible and the storyteller tried to get the audience's attention by making fun of people on board and waking up sleeping babies. The highlight of the tour was the unintentional...More

We purchased the combo Ghosts and Legends Museum show and Trolley Tour tickets. We were very fortunate when we arrived early for the show on the 30th. We found a parking meter spot almost directly in front of the theater. This is normally unheard of...More

Let’s get to it. Salem abounds in museums and tours. And that’s ok, because it means that there are a lot of places to redirect the masses away from creating what otherwise would be ginormous lines to partake in this, the very best, of all...More

It has scary moments, but it is not a typical "Boo House" where actors jump out around every corner. It has amazing special effects and lots of startles. There are a few actors that do jump out, but I think you will love it... More
