We took our kids 12 11 8 4 & 3 to the DoSeum. They had a great time & were tired out by the time we left @ closing.
The older kids like the Spy Academy & were kept busy until nearly the end.

Absolutely. I think they would enjoy the outdoor stuff, water, sand, play structures. Also there is a mock grocery store where they might enjoy collecting groceries and putting them into a cart. There are two areas one indoor and one outdoor for kids who are not walking much with various toys. There are a few other features I think he/she would like. I am sure your 15 month old would find something fun to do.
