THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PARK!!
Apr. 2021
THIS PARK IS SO BEAUTIFUL! I generally don't enjoy six flags parks as much as I do bigger named parks like universal and Disney, but I thought this place was great! Plus I was able to ride my first to RMC here which are both amazing but Iron Rattler is literally once of my favorite coasters out there!! I can't wait to bring my fiancé' here she's going to love it! -MrBucketlist

Finally able to go to Six Flags again!
May 2021
Visited yesterday 5/23/2021, was very happy to see that masks were no longer required for vaccinated people and you can go without a reservation now. I also let my 5 yr old granddaughter go maskless as it was 80+ degrees outside. There are sanitizing stations everywhere and the park was really clean - there were team members wiping down the rides and other surfaces, and the bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen them! The park was not crowded at all - we were able to enjoy the water park and get on rides without much of a wait, if any at all.

Unproffecional
May 2021
I lost my phone a week ago on a roller coaster, I could see my phone in the water but no one could do anything. They told me to wait, which I was ok with, but it has dragged on for a long time and no one has contacted us. All they have said is that they couldn't find it when the phone is bright blue a clearly visible. On the positive side, the rides were fun, but the issue we had was with lost and found services.

So Many Better Parks--Especially If You Have Food Allergies or Actually Want to Ride the Rides you Paid to Ride
May 2021 • Family
Worst Theme Park Experience Ever

1) Unless you buy the Flash Pass option, plan on not moving in the lines (for hours--no joke). They allow the Flash Pass people go ahead of the regular line with little to no regard to how long the rest of the line is/how long people have been waiting. From 4:30-8:00 pm, my teen and I could only ride two rides. We spent the rest of the time in line. (In fact, we've been in line for Iron Rattler for almost half an hour now, and we've barely moved.)
2) Loading/Unloading of some of the rides is ridiculously inefficient. Yes, they are trying to maintain distance between groups (humorous since no one is spacing in the lines themselves), but the loading is the slowest I've ever seen.
3) If you need special diet food (due to allergies or preference), too bad. There is no information in their app or online about what options are appropriate for gluten sensitivity (Celiac), dairy intolerances, etc. In the end, I was able to find nothing in the restaurants that I could eat. While I understand allergies can not be accommodates, I expect a company as large as this to at least list ingredients somewhere. It is unacceptable. It isn't possible for me to just eat anything as I'll be sick for days. Others have life-threatening reactions.
4) Employees at the food stands were unorganized and inefficient. There was a decent sized crowd of people waiting for orders that were not being prepared. When I asked the employee who took my order about it, she took my receipt, walked around the kitchen (it was open, so you could see inside), come back out and handed me my receipt back. She didn't ask another employee to complete the order or make it herself . I ended up having to ask another employee. Ended up waiting for about 30 mins. for an order of fries for one of my kids. The line my husband went to check out of for two soft pretzels was at least 15 ppl. long.
5) You aren't allowed to bring in a water bottle, but they charge you $5.99 for a Dasani! Seriously? That kind of price gouging should be illegal.
6) Parking was an ADDITIONAL $27.

Summary: What a huge waste of time and money. Kings Island in Cincinnati is FAR superior even during Covid in just about every aspect. Don't waste your time here. (It's a shame too, because they seem to ha e some really good rides, but I wouldn't know because I couldn't actually ride most of them.)

WATER PARK CLOSED
Apr. 2021
I have always loved Fiesta Texas till this year. Had to purchase tickets before making reservation, so wasn't even sure we could get in the days we were going to be in San Antonio. Was unable to talk to a real person until it was too late. The main reason we like going there is for the water park for when it gets hot. Apparently after relentless messages found out the water park is closed!!!! Can't get my money back of course! There was no mention on the website that the water park was closed!

Biggest Waste of money
Apr. 2021 • Family
We began our vacation with Six Flags. Wish we hadn’t. Lines were outrageous. Many rides closed. We heard over and over to take Covid precautions, yet the staff did nothing except yell at guests to pull masks while in line and threaten to expel them from the park. Yet, ride lines were not managed, food service was terrible, and there were no obvious cleaning measures.

We ordered tickets online to help avoid a crowd. We also purchased the meal plan. We went to no less than four different places, including the season ticket office, and no one could help us obtain our wristbands.

Six Flags needs to step it up. Either have all covid measures in place, or leave it up to customers as to what they are comfortable with. Don’t waste your money!

Warm weather, friendly helpful staff, and a clean park made for a great trip. Throw in a great mix of rides and a good flow to the park, and it’s a bight point to our vacation.
