When I started planning the trip to San Antonio, I knew about this place. This is fun, it's great for kids and the whole family. The price is a bit high, but worth the experience. We were able to feed the animals that were approaching our car. Highly recommended, if you have never done something similar.

This was such a great experience. We were there when they opened and did the drive thru once, ate lunch, and drove thru again. All the signs and safety rules say to drop the food on the ground for the animals, but apparently people have not been listening because many animals have learned that they can eat out of human... Must watch place while you drive among the antelopes and Zebras and feeding them on the way along. Exciting for the kids.

We took the advice of previous reviewers and arrived early. We were able to drive through the park without long waits and saw many animals. Our grandson loved seeing zebras, ostriches and his favorites, the longhorns! We think one bag of food is enough but buy an extra if your car has three or more passengers. (One bag for a... More

We enjoyed our visit and would recommend other to visit if you like seeing animals in a little bit of a natural habitat. My boyfriend had never been to a drive through Zoo before and it was fun watching him experience it for the first time. We purchased an extra bag of food (they give you one) and we didn't... More

We had a really good time. The animals were not shy and there were so many of them to see. My daughter loved being out of her car seat and sticking her head out of the window. The giraffes were beautiful and the petting zoo was a lot of fun after the safari drive. We ate at therestaurant and it... More

The NBWR was the perfect choice on a day too cold to really enjoy the outdoors. The animals were animated without being agressive, and we had plenty of interaction. We went well before lunch, and on a cool day. Several reviewers complained that the animals wouldn't approach the road or vehicles, but each of those seem to be on hot... More

This was a great way to spend a Sunday. You drive through the park to see the exotics living there. At the end of the trip, you can feed a few species.

Something has changed at the Wildlife Ranch--used to be better. they have moved the roads around and there seems to be less animals. Snack bar was good and new picnic area. Couldn't see many of the animals--call before you go.
