This small gem of a museum has a wonderful breadth of art inside. The landscaping around it is also exquisite. Beautiful, beautiful place to spend an afternoon.

We were told about this place by our waiter at The Rhein’s Restaurant. Great suggestion. Is a converted Mansion. The Art is definitely worth seeing. Is modern art. Some better then others. One negative was the man behind the front desk. He was not helpful.

You wouldn't expect to find a decent art collection in San Antonio, but the McNay is a standout, as is the building. Doesn't compare to the great museums of NY or LA, but far better the collections of many more well known cities. Worth an...More

It’s around $20 for Adults and $15 for active duty military. My suggestion is to visit during free events and free general admission days! It’s not really worth the $20 entrance fees.
