Nice local museum. Has a lovely Courtyard in the beginning with a lovely granite fountain. Contains some high-quality art but it is small.

Not always sure what I was looking at. Reminds me of the Gardiner Museum in Boston. It pays to spend some time getting acclimated to the set-up.

Fantastic art and a superb gift shop. Make it part of your downtown art-seeing day, along with the O'Keeffe and the NM History Museum.

Apart from the building itself and a few paintings, you'd better avoid it as there's nothing much to see... Unfortunately some of the paintings we wanted to see weren't on display. Go instead to Georgia O'Keeffe Museum which is, in my opinion, far more interesting.

Tired of museums full of art mostly by white men? This museum is just the refreshment you need. There were intriguing and varied exhibits when we went: art inspired by lowrider culture, a focus on self-portraits, a retrospective of photography by local New Mexican photographer...More
