We live in Albuquerque, so we frequently visit Santa Fe for short getaways. This time, we booked the progressive wine dinner and it was quite a nice change. The part that made it so impressive was our guide's (Carlos) connection with each restaurant and the amazing attention we received from the waiters and chefs. If you sign up for this... More

I had a 12-day vacation in Santa Fe and Taos over Christmas, part of the time with my son. This tour is at the top of our list of favorite things we did. We try to take food walking tours in each city we visit. Carlos was kind enough to do the tour for just the two of us. What... More

We've been to Santa Fe many times, so we thought we knew most/all of the great food spots, but Carlos took us to many spots that we had never tried. Everything was great, and because Carlos used to be a chef, he gave us a lot of culinary insight. He was so personable and friendly. It was a great food... More

Fabulous!!! We had THE BEST time, and Carlos was the MOST FUN guide! He knew great places, everyone who worked everywhere we went and all about the city. The food was awesome, and the restaurants gave great service. All of the executive chefs came out to greet us and tell about the meal. I cannot say enough good things about... More

Top notched food and Carlos was extremely entertaining. We got to see places we wouldn't to visit on our own. Carlos was especially accommodating for my lil one and always waited for us since our daughter was exploring everywhere. Highly recommend this tour if you have time.

In a last minute decision, we decided to sign up for a tour. The tour had closed online, so I called the phone number at 7 pm on Sunday night. I certainly didn't expect anyone to answer, but they did! When the technical side couldn't be worked out, the owner called me and signed me up over the phone. When... More

We came to Santa Fe for Christmas and deciced to take a food tour. Our guide Nick was absolutely amazing. He gave us so much information about the area and history. He took us to hidden restaurants that were fantastic. He introduced us to the owners and helped us get reservations for later in the week. This is a tour... More

From Start to Finish, we were treated like Royalty....our Tour Guide, Carlos Zozaya, makes sure of that! His knowledge of the Santa Fe area's History added that special little perk, that many guests from out of town & locals a like, can "learn" from. While walking to each restaurant that he has selected for the evening, we introduced to local... More

We started off our visit to Santa Fe by signing up with Food Tour New Mexico for a tour of a number of the very good restaurants in the immediate area of the main square. The tour combined food/wine tastings at about four restaurants plus one of the local food shops. The dishes served were very tasty and we enjoyed... More

We had a wonderful time on the tour. Carlos, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable of the history of Santa Fe as well as the cuisine we experienced at each stop. The food, atmosphere and service at each establishment was fantastic! We were never rushed and were entertained along the way by Carlos. It was a great experience and should... More
