This boutique, old art house style theatre is owned by George R.R. Martin and a hidden gem. We stopped by to take a quick look and stayed for two hours. The upstairs is a small bar with quality movie style food. The place is decked...More

We accidentially stumbled onto this 128 seat, art deco, historic movie theater complete with traditional movie food offerings (hot dogs, popcorn, soda, etc,.) and a full bar. Even the Uber driver hadn't heard of the movie house. It's small with narrow walkways leading into the...More

Interesting little cinema. Enjoyed perusing through the autographed books in the lobby before the movie. Saw a Japanese anime, which was quite enjoyable. Would go again.

I look forward to spending more days at Jean Cocteau. I went for an event - Songwriting with Zenobia - and enjoyed the space. Love the gallery and love that George R R Martin is the owner. Lots of Game of Thrones stuff around in...More

A jewel. Great for classic movies and surprises...sometimes you don't know what's on. One small & intimate screen. Owned by George R R Martin, author of "The Game of Thrones" and you never know what surprise entertainment he will provide. When an episode of Game...More

This little theater is a gem. The offerings are very eclectic, and they have a variety of entertainment and activities here in addition to movies. I love the fact that you can get an alcoholic beverage in the lobby.

Santa Fe has a great asset! It's a really nice place showing art house films. The box office is wonderfully old fashioned but you can pre-book on line. The coffee shop and bar are just right with tables to wait as well as fresh coffee...More

I drove up to Santa Fe from Silver City, a 5-plus hour drive, primarily to see Nicolas Roeg's film "The Man Who Fell to Earth" starring David Bowie in one of his early roles. The night I attended, all proceeds from the admission were donated...More

My wife and I saw an old movie here. The place is delightful and eclectic. The lobby has extremely good coffee. The place is small and intimate and was, for the performance we attended, almost to capacity. We will definitely be back as regulars :)
