I’ve never been to Japan, but I’m still pretty sure that this is the most authentic Japanese spa experience you can have in the US. The staff is delightful, the massages top notch, and the mountain ambiance can’t be beat. If you can afford it,...More

I came here with my mom and lodged for 4 nights. We stayed in rising moon, with a king bed and a foldout. The room was great, overlooking a beautiful snowy landscape. Housekeeping took good care of us- the French press coffee and amazing granola...More

This spa is overall crowded and very busy. The locker rooms are very small and have few amenities. Shampoo/Conditioner/Blow dryer are the only things available. The ladies only hot tub is not very large and is clothing optional. I'm sure that some people are comfortable...More

My husband and I booked the ichiban private spa suite with 90 minutes in our private hot tub and sauna and followed it up with a 50 minute couples massage. Staff is so friendly! We’ve never done anything like this but the staff gave us...More

Very nice place but I can't figure out why there wouldn't be a day for adults only. Kids are always welcome. I love kids but don't want one splashing around in the baths while I'm trying to relax.

We're glad you enjoyed the spa. On busier days we do open an additional communal tub for adults only, but if you are seeking ultimate relaxation you should consider renting one of our private tubs. Thank you for your review.

Close to Santa Fe in the foothills easy to access with friendly staff. Combine massage with soaking in the different baths, or do the soaking on its own. Restaurant recommended but I didn’t try it. Very relaxing day.

Highly recommend this relaxing and soothing experience. We reserved a private hot tub and every detail is taken care of. Afterward we enjoyed a stop at the restaurant bar for some wonderful sake and beautifully prepared sea bass..
