This museum is great for kids and for adults. I was most interested in the story behind the man who has made generations of kids happy with his books. They had a great piece upstairs about the man behind the legend. This museum is conveniently...More

I've loved Dr. Suess since I was a child. The Suess museum has something for everyone and is located in a unique 5-museum complex in Springfield. The museum has interactive and fun exhibits geared towards children, and upstairs has a unique collection of personal Dr....More

We visited CT for a wedding and arrived too early to check in. We were looking for something to do when we came across the Dr. Seuss Museum. It is a kid friendly place, but as an adult I enjoyed it so much. This museum...More

This museum is definitely aimed more towards kids but there is plenty to see for adults too. The 2nd floor has a lot of Seuss' personal items and more history than the 1st floor. There's times ticketing for this museum and you can buy a...More

The only way to see this museum is to purchase a ticket for all five Springfield Museums. We duly bought our ticket and headed into the not-so Amazing World of Dr Seuss. There wasn’t a great deal to do and the replica paintings on the...More

a good place for children and adults. Very kid friendly and interactive. Included in the admission is the other Springfield museums. The sculpture garden is fun to walk through.

This museum is one of 4 that is included in the entry price. At first we thought it might be the only one good for kids but each of them had a section great for kids -we had our 3 & 5 yr olds with...More

The good news is we got in without a wait...and it’s pretty cute. Loved seeing some original sketches. The bad new not enough about Dr. Seuss...short video in the hallway did not offer enough and you had to stand and watch it. Great museum for...More

Didn't know much about Dr. Suess before I visited this colorful, interactive museum in his hometown of Springfield, Mass. I had seen "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" on network TV before but had never read one of his many books After I left the museum...More

You cannot buy a ticket to just the Seuss Museum, which is regrettable. However, if you're interested in seeing any of the other museums, the price is reasonable. The bottom floor of the Seuss Museum is clearly made for children; the upstairs has more content...More

Nope, We walked right up and got a time card that told us when we would be admitted to the Seuss museum. In the mean time we visited the other museums that were part of the complex.
