Nice walking trail . Convenient parking on Rt 307. Trail is not open all the way around the lake at this time, due to construction on the Dam area.

Enjoy the beauty of nature and her creatures. Great place to exercise walking, running or biking or just looking over the beauty of the lake and its surroundings.

This was not a good excursion for us. Maybe we missed the entrance, I'm not sure - it's not well marked. We did pull in where our GPS directed us to but the road wound around to a construction area/dead end. We never saw any...More

Nice paved trail winding around the lake. A nice family walk, the trail is wide enough for a vehicle, so plenty of room for a stroller and the family without holding up anyone who may be walking behind you. The lake is beautiful too. This...More

This path is (if I remember rightly) about 3 miles, no difficult slopes. It surrounds the largest reservoir in the area so it is almost completely through forest, pine mostly. You frequently encounter deer at the sides of the trail. It's almost IN downtown Scranton...More

This is my go-to for running while here. As of mid-may, still closed bc they are being precise about clearing the hanging limbs and branches (from the tornado damage) from the trees before they let anyone on. If its open when you get here, it...More

It was re-opened and then re-closed. I believe there is work being done on the dam and entire loop is not open.
