Of the trails available at the Snowbowl for off-season hiking, we chose the Aspen Loop Trail which starts at the parking lot and heads downhill into the aspen trees. It's an easy to moderate 1.9 mile hike (down and back up) at 8000ft elevation with...More

We were in the area during off season but took the chair lift to the top for some amazing views. Could see 80 miles to North rim of Grand canyon. Lots of hiking in area as well.

Absolutely beautiful mountain top views! Temps. Are very cool at 11,500' up, so bring a cover up. A great thing to do in the summer time.

An interesting place to visit. We visited on a stormy afternoon during monsoon season which kept us from completely viewing the area. Found the area adequate but nothing special.

I don't thin you can go sledding in the Snowbowl area. However, there are hills in Flaggstaff but I an not sure where they are. If you google sledding and flagstaff you might have some luck!
