Little to see or do. Not much parking. Just nothing to recommend it. Now even sure how this place could stay open.

But exhibits very tired in the hospital building. Little or no interpretation. Outside the train and engine locked, and only one cottage open. They need a big injection of cash, if there are any benefactors out there.

This former hospital building houses things from that period including an operating room and an iron lung. There is a cool locomotive out front, a cabin and a lot of old farm machinery. Upstairs they are working on rooms for the 1940's, 50's, 60's, 70's,...More

It has both indoor and outdoor exhibits: photographs and historical pieces inside and old equipment outside. If you like to see some of the history of an area, this is a good place to go.

This museum is growing all the time! Fascinating exhibits with a great group of docents who really care about the museum. Interesting items and a wonderful steam locomotive parked out front!

I have volunteered at the museum for a number of years and it's a labor of love for staff and volunteers alike. It features information about the history of Northern Arizona, looking at lumber, ranching, farming. Some orignal cabins have been moved on to the...More

Visit the museum and the grounds to get a glimpse into early history of Flagstaff. There is a cool locomotive and farm equipment outside.

They are upgrading this historic museum. Very interesting pieces of Flagstaff early history. Once they are finished upgrading ... I'd rate it "Very Good" for something to do while staying in Flagstaff for a few days.
