Riordan mansion is heaven for anyone who loves Arts and Crafts architecture and Stickley furniture. The hour long tour was very educational and we learned a lot about the history of Flagstaff. This is not an attraction for children (and adults) who cannot stand in one place and not touch things and be quiet. There are stairs and you are... More

Riordan Mansion is located next to NAU on Milton and Riordan Rd. Call ahead to find opening hours for your visit will be short, unless you want to look around campus. Plenty of parking and a tour of the mansion is recommended. Here shoes or sandles can be worm depending on the season. Very easy to miss so if you don't... More

The house and grounds offer a lot of interesting Flagstaff history. Thus the reason for the 5 "stars". The tour guide, however, is not the most pleasant person on the planet. If you are an inquiring type, questions are frowned upon. Pictures are not allowed to be taken inside the part of house that is done to period. They may... More

This was a really cool mansion. It had original everything in it. The lady that did the tour had so much information. Everyone that comes to Flagstaff should see this place. It amazes me how cool the mansion is inside. It's worth the money to go and see it and the people are so nice. Come see this.

Beautiful home of 2 brothers that married 2 sisters, shared a great common room while still maintain privacy. The home and furnishes over 100 years old, many items are priceless. The history is wonderful!

If there is a mansion within 100 miles, my wife will want to see it. This one did not disappoint with it's 100 year old charm and furnishings. The Reardon's who lived here pretty much developed Flagstaff so yhou get a good history lesson. Also the ground around the mansion are beautiful and the gift shop is a must stop.

There is Self Guided tour of mansion grounds. Pick up brochure in the gift shop, very informative. This tour is FREE. Saved my money and spent in the gift store. There is a tour of the inside of the mansion. This tour has a docent who gives the tour. The inside tour is a little over an hour.

Interesting duplex homes since 2 brothers shared a common meeting room between 2 mansions. Not lavish but very comfortable place. Mostly original furnishings which is rare.

While the urban surroundings of Flagstaff have encroached on what was once a beautiful scenic setting the Mansion is still worth your time. In addition to paying for an inside tour of this historic site, the park also offers a free-will offering written guide to a walk around the property pointing out interesting spots. Inside the welcome center there are... More

We were fascinated with the way the house was designed, rustic, log cabin, but grand in scope and imagination. As I understand it, 2 brothers began a logging business in Flagstaff, became wealthy and designed, actually 2 houses for their families on the same acrage , put them close together with a large common or family room connecting the 2...
