This information center had a lot of information, but no one who came forward to help. We were looking for information on a nearby attraction, and they had nothing there.

Sited right by the railroad tracks in downtown Flagstaff this Visitor Center is truly helpful. There are a number of friendly guides who know a lot and lots of literature. They give good recommendations. Great place to stop if you don't know the area well.

My husband and I thought we would check it out and really learned a lot. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They had a great selection of merchandise. We loved that the amtrack station is connected right on to it.

The visitors center is in the train station. Other than the location, this was a typical visitor center.

The place is off the famed Route 66 in downtown Flagstaff AZ. It was impossible to park there so we walked into the center. A strange smell permeated the city like rotting pork, which didn't help morale. Most of the folks were friendly but they...More

We live in the Phoenix area and had not explored much of Northern Arizona. In mid-October we took a week off work and made Flagstaff our "base" for our Northern Arizona trip. We stopped at the Flagstaff Visitor Center and they had a lot of...More
