The venue is wonderful but the seats are worse I have experienced my entire life. So cramped and tight with absolutely no leg or foot room. In absolute agony the entire time. Took all enjoyment out of the event. I will never return to Shea's even if the tickets are free

Theater was incredible and very well maintained. We went to see a Broadway show and it was fantastic! Very clean and super friendly staff. Would love to go back in the future to see more shows for sure.

Performance was subpar yet priced like Broadway production.

We say “Motown” and for $158 per seat we expected a pretty good musical performance.

The singers were enthusiastic in their numbers but there was more shouting and yelling than the originals. One cast member seemed impaired. The microphones we screwed up which hurt the groups. The background slide show amazingly didn’t match the acts .

Many people walked out early.

I know it may sound harsh, but the seats should have been $25 each. Usually an evening at Sheas is a special event. Last night was nothing special. Sad to say

The place is absolutely beautiful inside, a truly classic theatre with all the scrupled ceilings and border woodwork. However it is awful for modern Broadway musicals. The sound system can not handle the volume in which the sound of these musicals are performed at (I personally do not think the sound should be that loud, the place has excellent acoustics at a lower volume). Plus the line of site from almost every seat in the theater is so good that when they do the flashing lights it just burns right to the back of the viewers brain. If you can see a traditional Broadway play or musical it is worth it, but any modern production will not be worth it.

Just a gorgeous theatre from a bygone time. Seats were comfortable, great view even in the back, and friendly and helpful staff. Ready to see another show!

We recently moved here and the shows have been awesome. They have multiple locations so go and enjoy every possible show!! Shea Theatre is lovely we recently saw Aladdin which was awesome!! Today at Shea 710 we saw All is Calm this was again a great show. 710 is a smaller theatre but….! It was right there in your face which is my favorite so… I Loved it. ps..we were front row. The upcoming shows at all the Shea Theatre’s will keep us busy! I give our first season watching so far 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ yes 5 Stars!

A historic theater

We have been had the Broadway season tickets for four years, I love our nights out at sheas. The theater, shows and staff are so professional. I have been to many Broadway productions and I still come back to sheas. The beauty and quality of the productions always makes me proud to live in a place that has such a beautiful theater. Thank you to the staff that works so hard to bring the quality shows and experience to the Buffalo area each season.

The seats at Shea's are terrible there is no leg room. I suffered through a wonderful performance of Hamilton. I had to get up and stand in the back. I'm 6 ft tall and average build. Sorry to day that I will never attend another performance at Shea's because the seats don't have any leg room.
