You should not just walk or drive Bellevue Avenue, but definitely buy a multi-mansion ticket and go and see the way the rich and famous in the late 1800s lived.

This is a great drive to take to see all the beautiful summer "cottages" of the rich and famous of The Gilded Age! There are many great photo opportunities throughout and many of these homes will truly impress you!

Nice shops and restaurant. We dined at Griswold's Tavern. Casual atmosphere. Good food. Service was excellent.

We were there on a cold April day (!) but the walk was worth it,. Seeing the Gilded age and the preservation work on the grand dames was an amazing site.

Newport is small, but Bellevue Avenue is not. This main thoroughfare is full of historic, luxurious mansions. Driving along is an interesting experience.

Nice drive through the exclusive neighborhood. Recommend you combine this with the ocean drive since they almost meet at the southern point.
