Great Memorial

The Arizona is a great memorial to lives that were lost there. Hard to express the feeling that you get when you visit.

We visited as part of a tour so didn't have to worry about securing tickets. As part of your ticket you watch a short film before boarding a boat out to the memorial. You spend around 15 minutes on the memorial before boarding the boat back. If you can avoid taking a bag, do!! You cannot take bags in so... More

Chris, our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and Hawaiian history. I would recommend Aloha Hawaii Tours to my friends and family.

We visited on a Thursday morning part of a tour. The only tour we took in Oahu (royal star). No bags allowed inside. It was a nice experience. They sell food inside and have $2 soda machines etc. I recommend if you're somewhat of a history buff or just want to pay your respects to the fallen. Also, I know... More

Our father was stationed here during WW II when he was not on the island hops. We were fortunate that he survived the war. As an American, the only other place that I have... More

A must see 'bucket list' experience. Memorable and touching. A part of history never to be repeated but always to be remembered. Seeing it, made it all real, including visiting the battleship Missouri where the official surrender signing of documents took place.

Extremely overwhelming. A great way to absorb more history than expected. Take in the whole experience.

This site is well put together with a lot of things to do. Gives you a lot of history about the war. We got the ticket to do all four sites. The boat ride to the arizona is a somber experience. Getting inside the submarine was fun. We didn't manage to finish everything as it's about eight hours or more... More

To tour the USS Arizona Memorial, we arrived at 6am Memorial weekend, walked up and asked a grounds keeper where the line was. He said you ARE the line. We were first in line but others soon followed. By 6:30 there was a pretty long line. We got a 7:30 tour. So arrive early. It's worth it! Not too hot... More
